Yoga is exercise of the body, mind, and soul. I find yoga to be a very personal exercise and fitness experience. Believe it or not you can really stay fit or get fit by doing yoga. As a doctorate, I find myself making up my own yoga stretches based on my own ability level. That's why yoga is so cool! You have the power to create your own personal yoga positions. ~ Dr. Baldwin

BASIC YOGA STEPS...

  1. Meditation music/video
  2. Continuous controlled breathing 
  3. Sit or stand in any yoga position
  4. Hold the position for 5-15 seconds
  5. Stop and relax
  6. Repeat steps 2-5  "REMEMBERING BLACK LIVES MATTER"
